THE TRAILER

Built for the road, fired for flavor

Mile Marker Crust started with a gap we kept noticing along the Overseas Highway — plenty of tacos, not much fire-kissed pizza. So we built a trailer around two ovens, parked it where the mile markers made sense, and started baking.

We're the mobile extension of Punta Morada, Islamorada's Raw & Fire Coastal Kitchen — same fire-first cooking, now rolling wherever the Keys need it. We're based in Islamorada and roam from Key Largo to Marathon for events.

Yes — the Margherita flatbread is vegetarian, and empanada fillings rotate, so ask us what's available the day you order.
